UPDATE: Ukraine imposes new trade sanctions on Russia

KIEV, Apr 10 (PRIME) -- The Ukrainian government on Wednesday approved a bill extending the list of goods prohibited for imports from Russia.

The list of sanctioned goods was expanded with canning jars, bottles for food and beverages made from colorless and colored glass with a volume from 0.15 to 2.5 liters and more, as well as other glass containers for food and beverages, Liga.Business agency reported citing the ruling.

The Ukrainian government also banned imports of formalin, urea-formaldehyde concentrate and resins, springs for freight wagon trucks, and electrical switching equipment used in railway automation devices from Russia.
